If it is all right to post a job opportunity on this list, I would like to
do so. I teach a "grammars of English" course each spring at EMU, here in
the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. I am going on leave of absence for the
spring of 2007 and am assisting my department chair in finding a person
who could teach this course (about 15-20 students). This course fulfills
requirements for students in English education and teaching English as a
second language. English majors who are not teacher ed. candidates also
take the course. The minimum qualification is a masters degree in English
or linguistics. If anyone is looking for a part-time job or wants to
supplement their income, please be in contact with us.
