Published in the modern way, without publisher interference on the internet
(before Stephen King got there), always in a state of revision.  (At the
moment I am doing a little simplification on chapters 6-12.  I've only
gotten to Chapter 9, so you might find a couple of oddities there.)  Just
click the hyperlink below.  It's yours free for the taking.  Use it and
abuse it or enhance it as you please.  I live in a capitalist country, but
I'm a devout socialist.

By the way, it doesn't yet include much about teaching method.  I do that
mainly off the cuff.  Also, don't expect to find out everything about
grammar.  Remember that it is minimalist in nature in order to be learnable.
You can add ideas that you consider essential.

Did I imply that I had published?  Wishful thinking!  I'm going to start
one over the summer - maybe my estate will collect the huge dollars that
accrue to grammarians!
