Hey, Ed,

I agree with the other answers you've received.  "To me" is a
preposition.  An indirect object by definition has an UNDERSTOOD "to" or
"for" (Jack hit me the ball); however, once either of those words is
stated in the sentence, what might have been an indirect object, turns
into a prepositional phrase.
