I may be too late, but I have this book and was planning to read it.
There are, however, many more qualified people on the list, and I am
hesitant to put myself forward

I have looked it over, and I think that it may WELL be far too advanced
for my English Grammar for future English Teachers' class.

Johanna Rubin would be my dream candidate for a review of this book.
