The best grammar-ed book, bar none, is *The Grammar Book: An ESL/EFL
Teacher's Course* by Marianne Celce-Murcia and Diane Larsen-Freeman. My
text for a grad college course in 1986 cost me $54.95 for the 1983
first edition, but it's been a bible to me. I'm sure there's an updated
version out, however competent this version is to me.

Inside, the authors add specific and creative teaching activities for
every aspect of the linguistic spectrum.

BTW, its ISBN is 0-88377-290-6. [log in to unmask]
