Ed, I'd say that  "as many travelers will remember" is an adverbial clause
modifying  "is seated."  Seated under what cirumstances or to what extent?
On the other hand,  the adverbial clause  does seem to be modifying the
whole adjective clause that it is interrupting.
I'd also say that "for the entertainment of tourists" is an adjectival prep
phrase modifying "hotel."  Which hotels?  The ones that exist for the
entertainment of tourists.
