Excellent idea.  Why not offer a course in Latin at whatever the
appropriate grade level might be?  Kids love learning about the
ancient world and Latin-English translation is the most painless way
to introduce simple grammatical concepts while really doing
comparative linguistics, even at the elementary school level.  Great
way of developing vocabulary also.
