I suspect that God can't (or won't) do much about unsubscribing you from
the list.  But you might try sending the following message

unsubscribe ATEG John Doe

to [log in to unmask]

In the John Doe part of the message, put your own name: first (space) last.
There are spaces between each of the words in the message. I think you also
have to leave the subject line empty in the address part of your email.

That should do it.  Enjoy your freedom from grammarians.  Max
