For me, the best part of your message on grammar in the curriculum was the
news that you will be speaking at the ATEG conference in Seattle on July
17-18.  As I read your superb message, I kept thinking, "We've GOT to get
her to Seattle" -- and there,  at the end, was the news that you're
coming.  (Martha Kolln, the Program Chair for the conference, must have
known this but hadn't had a chance to let us local arrangers know yet.)
 
So, to Johanna Rubba, welcome, and to all of you who haven't made your
arrangements yet, email me a snail-mail address, and I'll send you
information on the conference and a registration form.
