I believe the original point of Buffalo sentences is to dramatically
demonstrate the importance of morphology. We can go only so far in
parsing such a sentence; however, if we had robust inflectional
morphology, we could go further. Even the capitalization helps I
always use buffalo sentences in my introductory linguistics classes as
well as my grammar classes. Students love them and have a ball while
learning.
