I would like to know how K-12 and college basic writing teachers use
cloze exercises in their classrooms. I have made up my own cloze
passages for teaching ESOL and now have a prospective publisher for
them. I teach Latino students in a Philadelphia bilingual middle school
and use Latino young people's memoirs, autobiography and young adult
fiction to make these passages. My publisher needs this information of
me. Thanks very much.
