While living in Atlanta for six years I learned the delights of Southern sun tea. Place four tea bags of whatever flavor you like in a half gallon jar of water, tighten the lid, and set it in direct sunlight for four hours. Sometimes I would add raisins or apricots to sweeten and flavor the tea. You can experiment with all sorts of combinations.

Subject: Happy Iced Tea Month--not Spam

Get ready iced tea lovers, June is National Iced Tea Month!

Celebrate with these refreshing ideas from Bigelow® Tea.

To make fresh brewed Bigelow iced tea by the glass: Pour 4 to 5 fl. oz. boiling water over your favorite Bigelow tea bag. Or, for a totally unique iced tea experience, combine several of your favorite Bigelow® flavors!<http://www.bigelowtea.com/tea.htm> Steep 3 to 5 minutes. Sweeten to taste. Pour into tall glass filled with ice and enjoy.

As you’re making your iced tea… try freezing some in an ice cube tray. Then use ice tea cubes <http://www.bigelowtea.com/entertaining/recipes/index.cfm?action=details&category=2&recipe=228> in place of regular ice cubes to keep your Bigelow iced tea cool, fresh and flavorful!

For your convenience, Bigelow Quart-Size Iced Tea bags are available on line. Follow the links below for more information.

Happy Iced Tea Month everyone! It must be right: a corporation said so and corporations are like government executives: they never lie.
