I apologize in advance for using Jim's question about "The term
'chivalry'" as a test to see whether I can still contribute to this
discussion despite a change in my account here.
        The logical way to attribute more importance to "chivalry"
is to leave out "The term" and simply begin the sentence by
saying "Chivalry" means.......
