 'Reread that book and quote the reference where that is stated'.

I suspect that numerous people who have not read The Bell Curve as carefully 
as DD apparently has, are prone to repeat the accusations that Johanna 
makes.  I, therefore, suggest that Johanna (and anyone else who has made the 
same accusation) either cite the supportive textual evidence or withdraw the 
accusation.
