Yes, Slackjawed was also my intro to the Connells.  I heard it a few times
on the radio and MTV, and thought i'd give the album a try.  I was blown
away by it.  Soon i had bought all of the other albums, actually within
the next year.  That was about 4 years ago, i think.  IT seems like
forever.  I really like '74-'75, and it's great if it got people into the
connells. My favorites now are mostly on Fun and Games.  Fine tuning, fun
& Games, and Uninspired, but i still appreciate ring because it was the
1st album.
