web page.  Also, any more info on the new record?  Sharon at Black Park has
not returned any of my phone calls :-(

hey all.  i heard from a friend in atlanta that there is a movie that was
released independently called _bandwagon_.  this film is a documentary
following the connells from the very beginning.  sounds like a wonderful
idea, but i hardly believe it could be true.  has anyone heard of this?  if
so, does anyone know how to get a copy?  thanks.  bill.

Hey all,
 
The indie movie "Bandwagon" is NOT a documentary on the Connells. Doug does
act in the film so that would be where the Connells connection comes into
play.
 
He actually went out to the Sundance film fest to help promote it & to get
distribution so all of us could see it.
 
BTW, the new album is due in August. "Weird Food and Devastation" is really
solid. The pictures for the cover & inserts are very hip-thanks to a German
photographers touch.
All "the kids" should not be disappointed with the finished product. It is
yet another growth from the previous release. Doug & Peele both have some
songs on the CD that rival good ol' George & Mike's writing.
 
Hope all of you enjoyed the tapes in the tape tree (The UGA show was taped by
me) and Art & I thought the list would enjoy the offering. Does anybody else
have some really good quality stuff to send into a tree?
