In response to Gretchen's inquiry, if the song Lay me Down had to do with death
.   I believe that it most certainly does.  "Softly I slumber as I turn to powe
der.  May have something to do with cremation.  "Blowing out all over the trees
".   Spreading ashes over a forest maybe.  I think its a good song cause
cremation's a good thing.  We humans spend a great deal of time creating huge
mountains of waste throughout the course of our lives.  Only when its time for
us to meet our demise we build mounuments, that will scar the landscape in our
 memory, that last at least three times the length of time that we last.
 Does anyone else concur? Just a thought from GREENville, North Carolina.
