Don't look at _me_! I'm still paying my dues from the video collection! :)

Whoever ends up running this one, I have one suggestion derived from
my experience in managing the other tree: KISS (Keep It Small, Stupid).
Limit the tree to the first 16 respondents who want to be leaves and
the first 4 who can be branches. No more than 20! Latecomers will have
to wait on another tree.

Also, ask each branch volunteer about their circumstances; find out
if there is anything that could prevent them from SPEEDILY making and
sending out their tapes. Are they out of town a lot? Are they students
who go back home every break? If anything smells fishy -- find somebody
else!

Just some ruminations from a grumpy old fart,

Steve
