Greetings GSCA,

Below is information for an event tomorrow with Wynton Marsalis. Tickets are going fast!

Wynton Marsalis presents “Ballad of the American Arts”

4 p.m., April 24, Gates-Abegglen Theatre, Center for Performing Arts

First given as an address to the United States Congress in support of arts funding, “Ballad of the American Arts” is Wynton Marsalis’ eloquent and compelling case statement for the centrality of the arts. Recently named CBS News Cultural Correspondent, Wynton Marsalis is one of the foremost advocates for American arts and culture. The 55-minute presentation will be followed by a lively question-and-answer session, a fitting bookend to Miami’s spectacular Year of the Arts,

Hope to see you there!
