MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

        The R. B. Pamplin College of Business is seeking a high caliber, aggressive
professional to assist the Director of its Management and Professional
Development Programs.  The experienced administrator will be responsible for
the administration of continuing education non-credit programs for all
levels of managers in both the private and public sectors.
 
        A minimum of five years experience in higher education administration or
other management experience is desired.  Experience in continuing education
administrations and office supervision is desirable.  A master's degree is
required.  A doctorate is desirable.  This position requires strong
organizational skills with evidence of ability to work effectively with
faculty and individual clients, as well as to market training programs for
managers and executives.
 
        The College enrolls approximately 2,500 undergraduate students and 625
graduate students.  The Associate Director of the Management and
Professional Development Programs reports to the Director of the Program.
