Hi Journos,

Please consider adding JRN 316 -- Editing and Design to your spring schedule. 
Yes, I know it meets MF, but the content of the class will make it worth it.

Learn to:
Become a better writer by learning to edit -- your writing will be more concise 
Use more visuals -- more people will read your stories.
Write better headlines -- see both reasons above.
Use AP style -- all employers are looking for people with AP style skills. They all tell me reporters lack these skills.
Do fun designs -- how you present your stories makes a difference for all the above reasons.

And it will meet one of the skill requirements for JRN majors!

So come join me this spring at 11:15 MF in JRN 316 A.
