Are Universities administered or managed ?
 
I would like to consider, understand and (partially) answer this
question from a cultural, structural and strategic point of view.
My departure point is one of an information strategist facilitating a
macro-understanding of the impact of the information technology
revolution.
 
Where can I look for inputs? Specifically - how do you distinguish
between (older) administrively-driven models and postmoderm managent
practices ? Are there other Listservs that I should join ?
