      A number of our Industrial and Labor Relations Faculty are
currently involved with area management committees and on plant
site committees as well.  It would be helpful for us to know if
any of you are aware of other such university-based training for
expanded employee involvement.  I have been unable to locate
specific articles concerning this area and would appreciate any
journal article citation or discussion paper which would document
this activity.
