Does anyone know of companies that are assessing upper-level managers
on a yearly basis? If so, what methodology do they use (360-degree
feedback, assessment centers) and what is their purpose for doing this?
Our department has been asked to offer such a program, and we would
appreciate knowing what others are doing in this area.
