Correct. I was trying to explain why the dates are not sequential.
As to the order of the messages (followups appearing before the original
message), we have very little control over this. We post messages in the
order that they are sent to us. If a site upstream from us changes the
order, or the 2 messages take different paths to reach us (as strange as
this sounds, it does happen), there's little we can do to correct it.
