Thanks to our ever vigilant staff, Steve Moore & John Harlan, the command,
NEWS, is now synonymous with NETNEWS  on VM/CMS.  So, we can now use
the same command on the VAX & VM to read Usenet News !!! (And they say
there's no progress !! ..now if I can just get the cat off the keyboard...)
