This is a common misconception.  The only WWW traffic served by MiaVX1 are
requests for pages at www.muohio.edu or miavx1.muohio.edu.  Requests for
www.ncua.gov or www.ksscu.com go directly from your computer to that site.
They don't pass through MiaVX1 at all.
 
It appears that we had some type of network problem outside Miami over the
weekend.  I'm not sure of the extent, though.  It appeared that we could
get to several sites in Ohio (like UC), but sites outside Ohio were not
accessible.
