'Course, you could just go to work for AT&T. You're not likely to get a busy
signal there either. :-) Incidentally, there are a number of other choices out
there for IAPs besides IAC and IgLou. There are a number of private firms (even
individuals) who are willing to provide Internet access for a nominal fee. I
should know.. I did a report on them last Fall...
