Netcom --> http://www.netcom.com
Internet Access / Cincinnati --> http://www.iac.net
 
Both have local access numbers (Hamilton).
IAC has 28.8k's, Netcom has either 14.4 or 28.8 (not sure).
 
Not sure if anyone else has local access numbers.  BTW, if you
ever plan on running Windows95, get the PPP service.
