Robyn, you have read my mind!  I am not aware of a checklist but it is on
my "to do" list.  I will check to see if something like this exists.  If
not, I will create one.  Now, in case this is not ready for your meeting
with your advisors (for December grads), here are some things you can do:
Check out the Grad School graduattion requirements.  These include a
completion of the Certificate of Awarding the Master's Degree, finishing
incompletes, any grade changes...YOumay want to consult the HAndbook for
Graduate Students and Faculty by the Grad School for more detail.
 
In addition, all of your academic hours and clinic hours need to be
completed according to the department and ASHA requirements.  Naturally
thesis and final research projects need to be completed and signed off...
