*COND.*: Sunny with blue skies, winds W at 5-10mph; winds shifting to W/SW
and turning cloudy at 3:00pm, then overcast with a front from the west and
rain
from 4:00pm - 4:30pm, winds 10-15mph, rain ending and mostly cloudy until
end of census. Unseasonably warm, no snow cover, and all water open.
