*DECEMBER 02, 2018 - OTTAWA NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE MONTHLY CENSUS.*
*ROUTES*: East and West sides in the morning and Auto Tour Area in the
afternoon.  *TIME*: 8:00am - 12:10pm; 1:55pm - 5:00pm  *TEMP.*: 52 ~ 61 ~ 52
*COND.*: Sunny with blue skies, winds W at 5-10mph; winds shifting to W/SW
and turning cloudy at 3:00pm, then overcast with a front from the west and
rain
from 4:00pm - 4:30pm, winds 10-15mph, rain ending and mostly cloudy until
end of census. Unseasonably warm, no snow cover, and all water open.
