Dear Ohio IR and Planning Colleagues,

I'm checking my e-mail today (Saturday, March 11)
after several days out of the office and have noticed two
postings from the OAIRP listserv that cause me to want to
respond.

The first of these was a forward from Anita Phllips
concerning an "OHIOAIR Digest - 6 Mar 2000 to 9 Mar 2000
(#2000-12)" (so noted at the bottom of her forwarded message)
that she received containing a recent e-mail exchange on the
listserv. Anita asked if anyone else on the list received this.
Speaking for myself alone, I did not reveive this "digest"
and don't know why Anita received it. I'm asking Denise
Krallman, our OAIRP listserv manager (by way of this message),
to please check into this if she hasn't done so already.

The second of these was a simple post asking how this listserve
can be used so that individual responses do not go to everyone
on the list. The answer, of course, is simple: if you want to
reply in such a way that your reply goes to everyone on the list,
simply use the "reply" feature of your e-mail software; if you
want to reply to one person only, direct your response to that
person. The problem is the tendency to send a quick reply to
someone and forgetting that the reply may be going to the whole list.

Thanks.

1999-2000 OAIRP President
