Regarding the OAIRP account information:

The balance was approx. $11,000 before expenses were covered.  I only received
$4500.00 from Michael O'Connor, the balance will be coming after he has had an
opportunity to officially close out the OCCUP account.  Our current balance as
of today is $8369.03 which does not account for miscellaneous expenses yet to
be reimbursed to Michael and myself for receipts, name tags, etc.

In regards to the membership/registration issue, I agree with Bill and Dick.
