John,
Will you be at OAIRP on Friday? We're working hard on this problem now and I
could tell you what we've been doing - maybe we could talk at lunch. If others
are interested, we could have an informal roundtable discussion.

Dear OAIRP folks,
Our office has been asked to measure/assess "unmet student demand"
(related to course availability). We would love to profit from your
collective wisdom and experience on the following issues:
1. How have your institutions defined and operationalized this concept?
2. Do you have any models of unmet demand you could share?
3. How has this concept been measured?
4. What have your institutions done to implement remedies based on
yourt models/assessment?
5. Any references you could guide us to
6. Any institutions/offices.contacts that have performed similar
analyses (names and phone numbers whould be great!)
7. Anything related you think would be helpful
Thanks for whatever you can provide.
