Hi Robert,
Type of institution has little or no bearing in terms
of an IRB. The same rules apply across diverse
settings. Most public doctorate-granting institutions
have links and valuable information posted on the
websites of their sponsored programs offices.
If you need a consultant, I hold expertise in the
whole ball of IRB wax.
