I would like to know if anyone allows handicapped students who are
dependent on wheelchairs to live on a second floor or higher in a
residence hall that has an approved elevator, is sprinklered and has
smoke detector activation with audio/visuals in the rooms that they
would be living in? If you do, what code allows it?
