Hey ladies!

Alright so room selection for our new members is right around the corner.
Along with that each chapter needs to have individuals present to help
work the event. Plus, then the new girls get to see a familiar face from
your chapter. You can assign girls to hour time slots, two hour--whatever
works for you, you just have to have girls there for the assigned times.

Number Selection (this is when they draw to see when they can pick their
room). Wednesday, February 7, 9am-3pm in Shriver Center MPR C

Sorority Room Selection (this is when they actually pick their room and do
so with their roommate--from their sorority). Tuesday, February 13,
4pm-7pm in Shriver Center MPR B & C

--Please just e-mail me to let me know that you'll have your time slot
covered. I don't need a detailed rundown of who will be there, just that
your sorority has the time covered.

Tell your new members to go whenever they can during the assigned time
slots, they need to bring their lottery number and student id on the
second day, and their student id on the first day.
