Hi New Member Educators, 

	 My name is Jenn Lynch and I am the new member educator for Phi Mu. One of my projects for the fall is working on redoing the way phi mu picks/assigns big and littles. We have found out though the past few years that the way we pick bigs and littles creates a lot of competition and drama between the older pledge classes. I wanted to see if anyone on miami's campus thinks they have a really good way of picking big littles.  If any of you would be willing to shoot me an email explaining your big little process it would be very much appreciated.  Thank you in advance for helping me and my chapter out.
