Hi Girls!

I wanted to let you know an update of important information. As far as the online paperwork goes, your girls should have completed all of it, and if any of your new members have had specific problems filling out the forms online, I should know about it already. If the online new member paperwork is not filled out by THIS WEDNESDAY the 28th, those girls will not be included on important rosters such as philanthropies, being able to swipe in the dorms, etc. Not being included in these rosters means that they may not be able to participate in certain functions. So please stress the importance of them filling the forms out!

Next, I am sending out the next form that is due. It is the initiation form. This paper is not online because advisers and chapter presidents need to sign this form. The original due date was Feb 1st, but I am extending it to FEB 5TH. But, this is the final deadline, so if forms are not in by this date, your chapter could face fines.

Also, I will be notifying each of you regarding details of the Alcohol training sessions on Feb. 10th and 11th and Rick Barnes on Feb. 22nd and 23rd. So look for another email with times, locations, etc. details.
