The Department of Philosophy is pleased to announce the results of the 2019 Hall Prize in philosophy (worth $500.00). This year we received 13 submissions and they were all quite good.

Eventually, Elijah Donohue won with a paper entitled: "Dreams, Experience, and Kant’s Refutation of Idealism and Materialism." Congratulate him when you see him!

Elijah will be recognized at our Recognition Ceremony, Friday May 17 at 4:00 pm in the Green Room, Hall Auditorium. Feel free to join us!

Once again, congratulations Elijah!
