Hi,

  Thanks for letting us know.  I took at look at this, and there were several parallel jobs with requests of 128 CPUs that were in the queue ahead of your jobs.  The queue system is setup as a first-in first-out system, so your job was being held until all of the parallel jobs were running or completed.

  I made a change to the configuration of the parallel queue and your job is now running.

  Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you use the cluster.
