Red Hawk PBS queue down again

Hello,

The cluster was working fine until about 6:30 PM (EST) today (Wed, Jan
18). However, now the PBS queue seems to have shutdown again. When I run
"qsub -I", I get the error(s) shown below. I will be thankful if you
could troubleshoot this issue.
