I think we need to start planing for a downtime some time soon so we 
can switch to torque/maui.
The problem I see is that these Paup jobs take a long time. WE need 
to announce this down time at least
a couple of weeks before and we need to take a few hors to completely 
test this new batch system.

Frank would you be in charge of this? I'd like to suggest this to be 
done on January 31st (8-12)

Does it sound doable? please comments!
