EMM is part of power vault. It's still rebuilding -- a good sign considering the past 2 rebuilds with different drives failed.
It has rebuilt 45% since last night.

I swapped in the 2 EMM and a cable from Dell. The drives are rebuilding now.
If the drives failed to rebuild with new EMM and cable, then we need to start swapping out more things.
