Greg just told me that he is also getting this message after the job 
is completed. So I am wondering
if this is by-product of the recent work on the epilogue script. I 
think i noticed it after the problems
with the semaphores left on nodes.

jobs seem to run to completion but then the oe file contains these 
messages at the end.
