Do you already have an account on the cluster? If not, you would need to have your advisor create one for you on http://community.muohio.edu/phpapps/grid/ .
There is additional information on how to work on the cluster on the page http://www.units.muohio.edu/uit/research/high-performance-computing/redhawk-cluster. If you would like to discuss your plans in more detail  I would also be happy to meet with you either tomorrow or sometime next week.
