The default display is intended to show a one-line summary of each job. There are some options that will show details, including full job name, for a job.
qstat -n <job-number> shows more details
qstat -f <job-number> shows all of the details for a job (two pages or so)
The man pages for qstat have a lot more detail.

When executing qstat, is there a way to increase the output column width for
the "Name" column? I can't currently see enough to differentiate jobs.
