Not yet. An announcement including description will be sent out soon.

In short:

128 dual nodes 3.0GHz EM64T, 4 GB RAM per node, 6 TB storage plus 
approx. 50 GByte per compute node,
Infiniband/TopSpin connectivity for the compute nodes, running Linux 
RedHad and Ibrix for PVFS.
Compute power approx. 1.2 TFLOPs
