To all current interns:

Please be advised that items #11 and #12 must have the following codes for
proper registration. On item 11 please place the following codes for
agencies to receive score reports: Ohio State Dept. of Education (7945),
Miami University (1463), and the Ohio School Psychologist Certification
Program (9680). This information is found on page 24 of your Praxis
booklet. On item 12 please place the following code for agency passing
score information: National Association of School Psychologists (1549).
This information is found on page 27 of your Praxis booklet.  Sorry for the
confusion, I hope this helps.
