Hey Kelly,
From what I understand, the Joint Institute for Advancement of Flight
Sciences is a joint program between NASA and the George Washington University.
The objective is to prepare qualified students for careers in research,
development, design, and teaching by combining the academic resources of the
university and the professional research staff and facilities at NASA. If you
want an application or additional information please contact:
John L. Whitesides, Professor of Engineering and Applied
Science, JIAFS-The George Washington University, School
of Engineering and Applied Science, Mail Stop 269
NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, Virginia,
                      23681- 2199
phone- (757) 864-1982 E-mail: [log in to unmask]

                 Hope that helps!
                                 Steph
